About Us

 

Yorkshire at Dogwood Farm Community is a diverse community of neighbors who care about one another and where we live.  Our community is made up of single and family residents of all ages.  We are a pet friendly community.  We are a covenant community with restrictions which are for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, attractiveness and desirability of our community.  All homeowners are automatically members of the Homeowner's Association.

We are conveniently located with access to both I-20 and I-285 within minutes.  We are within 20 minutes of downtown Atlanta, Maynard Jackson International and Hartsfield airports and MARTA.

  • South River Walking Trail - extends 46 miles along the South River. The SRWT has four potential access/take out points: 1) Panola Shoals to Klondike Road (DeKalb County); 2) Lorraine Park to Oglesby Road (Rockdale County); 3) Butler Bridge Road (Henry County) to Hwy 81 (Newton County); 4) Hwy 212 (Newton County) to Jackson Lake (Butts County).
